Brows are as individual as fingerprints and so each step of the HD Brows treatment is completely bespoke from the personal consultation, shape design, tailoring and aftercare process. There’s also the option of an HD Brows Express treatment, if you’re short on time or just need a tidy up in between regular appointments.
Why choose HD Brows?
When you choose an HD Brows stylist, you know you’re in safe hands. Our stylists have attended an intensive training course and know everything there is to know about brows.
We understand that perfect brows might not be created in one appointment. This is why HD Brows stylist will put together a re-growth programme with your ideal eyebrow shape in mind.
Your stylist can tailor the treatment to meet your needs with HD Brows Express. Whether it’s threading to tidy up fast re-growth or a wax and tint when you’re short on time, there’s always a solution to your eyebrow dilemma.
* a patch test must be carried out at least 48hrs prior to treatment.
To keep your HD Brows looking salon perfect every day, proper care and maintenance is required.
Follow your stylist's recommendations and avoid tweezing in between appointments.
Avoid the use of make-up and facial cleansers around the brow area for the next 24 hours.
Avoid prolonged contact with direct sunlight, the use of sunbeds, saunas, steam-rooms and swimming pools for 24 hours after the procedure.
Avoid exfoliating and anti-ageing products around the brow area for 3 days either side of the treatment.
Avoid using any fake tanning products on the face for 2 to 3 days either side of the treatment. If you do wish to use a fake tanning product on your face, apply a barrier to the hair and small area around the brow prior to tanning to prevent discolouration of your tint.
Remember, your results will be darker and more defined immediately after your treatment. The make-up applied is not permanent and tint will fade depending on the frequency of cleansing.
You must inform your HD Brows stylist immediately should you experience any swelling, itchy rashes, bruising, skin grazing or cuts after your treatment, so they can advise you on the correct procedure to follow.
How long do HD Brows last?
The effects of the treatment usually last around 4-6 weeks, however this can vary depending on your hair growth. After your first few treatments your stylist will be able to recommend how often you should be having the treatment done.
I have sparse or over plucked brows; can I still get HD Brows?
Our stylists work with you on a regrowth programme to achieve the perfect brow shape. In the meantime, you can fake it with make up application, demonstrated by your stylist. Use our Lash & Brow Booster to encourage hair growth.
Is HD Brows Semi-Permanent?
The treatment is not classed as semi-permanent, however we do use permanent tint on the brows during the treatment. The lasting effects of this vary depending on skin type, hair growth and skin care routine. Results of the HD Brows treatment typically last around 4-6 weeks.
How old do I need to be to get HD Brows?
ue to EU law, you can’t have your brows tinted under the age of 16. Don’t worry, you can still have the treatment done from the age of 13 (with parental consent, of course) however we would just need to skip the tinting stage.
Do I need to do a patch test?
Yes. You should be given a patch test to apply at least 48 hours before each and every treatment to minimise any risk of reactions. Many extraneous factors can affect your sensitivity to tint and this is likely to change between each appointment.
Can I still have HD Brows if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. We can still carry out the treatment but will have to skip the tint process for insurance purposes.
